Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society was founded by great visionaries of this region Prof. Ram K. Meghe, Late Surendra B. Deshmukh, Late Prof. Baburao D. Hiwase, Late Prof. Dinakarrao K. Deshmukh, Late Pundlikrao B. Gohad, Late Vasantrao N. Chaudhary, Late Dr. Murlidharrao R. Deshmukh, Shri. Shashikumar R. Deshmukh, Shri Ramdas Alias Nanasaheb P. Dhande & Shri. Shankarrao D. Kale in the year 1965 with a clear vision of making it a world-class premier organization for Primary, Secondary, higher technical and professional education.

With this vision, the members of this society dedicated, themselves and continue so to establish and promote high quality, technical education, and research facilities. Having an experience of managing, more than 70 educational setups including Dental college, Engineering college, Polytechnic, Pharmacy college and several arts and science colleges.
